1) Where the gathering, use and sending of personal information are required, we comply with the Personal Information Protection Law and follow our compliance program in ensuring that the personal information is treated properly.
2) We also comply with laws, ordinances and standards concerning personal information.
3) Gathering of personal information is always based on a clear objective and legal and fair means.
4) The use of personal information gathered is limited to the extent to which the information owner consents to the use of his or her personal information.
5) Preventive and corrective measures are taken with respect to unauthorized access to personal information, the loss, destruction, alteration and leakage of information and other matters. Personal information is safely stored and kept under strict control.
6) Our compliance program concerning the protection of personal information is constantly being reviewed and will be improved as necessary.
