Tsugawa has developed a seamless integrated production system through its internal networks. Head Office is responsible for development and design and works closely with the factories. Development and design, production technology and production factories are integrated to create the most suitable drawings for mass production from the design stage, thereby reducing the delivery time. This quick response based on comprehensive capabilities is where we excel. Certainly, we respond flexibly to needs in individual stages, so we can provide mold manufacturing or sheet metal working only. We fully demonstrate the production know-how we have accumulated over many years. The finished products are delivered via the distribution routes of Group companies. We can therefore limit delivery costs and ensure that we are able to deliver products to our final destination.
