Striving to Become the Best Production Factory in the World  Cultivating Creativity Onsite

At Tsugawa, craftsmanship has been passed down from generation to generation for more than 50 years since the Company was established. As globalization advances and the world’s borders disappear, the social environment is changing to become more complex, and it has an impact on the markets and lifestyle as well.
In its long history in the production business, the Company has faced many issues and responded to changes in the social environment, such as responding to the need to adopt the small lot production of various items, the handing down of sophisticated skills and measures to address the aging society.

Tsugawa will continue to focus on craftsmanship, and conduct research on production thoroughly in Japan to provide its unique technology and related services.

1 Improvement in die wire processing Die sharing for wire processing enables large sizes to be processed. A
2 The non-use of UV in program form Eliminates unnecessary movement and takes the shortest distance during processing, helping to save time B
3 Standard (die chart) specific software Automatically creates the standards and develops databases for the die master B
4 Laser machine Prevents spattering (hairs) when piercing A
5 Processing of square-shaped pipes Performs square bending with a bender (four processes using a dedicated die)
6 Non-burning welder Prevents oxidation by shielding the welded portions with argon gas
7 Flat caulking of rivets Presses the convex portions of flare rivets during flat-pressing die production
8 Usage of laser welding Uses laser welding that features less distortion to prevent burning the surface C
